System Information Command? (cpu type, ram ammount etc)

Is there such a command without GUI? It would be going across SSH. We just moved our dedicated server from Texas to Chicago and im curious to what hardware we got...i share it with a friend but i dont know right now.

"lspci" will list all the hardware on the PCI bus. "dmesg" will tell you what hardware was detected. "top" will give a real time readout of active processes and memory usage.
