Nvidia Active Armor, How to config so it works?

I want it to work. I cant it to do anything.. wont even open nvidia's page. Ive tried using IE and FireFox, dosent matter. Ive tried adding programs to the list of allowed programs. Any advise ie. links or setup examples. Playing games is a whole diff ball game....
