It's like peeing in the ocean, unfortunately.

For every one caught, there are a million more who get away with it. I remember back in the day I used to get this kinda stuff through ICQ. Now my number is so old they don't bother w/ it anymore (I've had the same number since I first installed ICQ :))
 
Yah Oni, I rember that myself. It gets annoying. Especially the one about how ICQ is going to start charging per IM. Also, my ICQ number is like half what yours is dude. :p

But yah, that is good news even if it is a small victory.
 
How is spim supposed to work. IM is not like email where you can send a message to anyone. In MSN at least you have to add someone to your list, which notifies them that they added you, and asks if you want to add them to your list. All you have to do is block all IM conversations from people not on your list.
