What spare parts do you have lying around? Have you rechecked all the connections?

The only way to really find out is to check each part individually by swapping it with another one until you find whats wrong. Eventually, you'll find your problem.
 
Well the first thing you want to do is clear the CMOS. this will set everything to factory defaults and you will have to start over with all your bios settings. But hey,if it gets it going ,who cares. Test the cmos battery after you pull the jumper and try the reset. It is a 3.0v or 3.3v battery and can be purchased at most any store that sells a variety of batteries. That is where to start on this problem.

Ok i tested the cmos battery and reseted the cmos and it didnt change anything.

Took the power out of the 9800 pro to see if it will even post a please plug in the power to the 9800.

But still doesnt post anything.
