To few connectors

I have the 400w fortron PN(also called the aurora) for my new setup.
2400+
NF7
2 Raptors (dont have these yet)
2 cd drives: 1 cd-rw 1 dvd-rom
Si-97 with trip. blade delta high

The case I am using is that one that went really cheap on ebuyer (I can not find it). It has room for 4*80mm fans in the front and 2*80mm fans in the back. I am also planning a blowhole. My problem is that my psu does not have that many 12v power connectors, I has 2 lines with 2 connectors on them and 1 line with 1. The first if for my hdd and the second for my cd drives. This leaves me with only 1 power connector for 8 fans (cpu, 2 exaust, 4 intake, and 1 blowhole). How can I power all of these?

fanbus

Make a small box out of a project box from Radioshack or something...figure a way to connect all the fans to it, and power it with one 4 pin molex. Although I wouldn't do all 8 fans on 1...8 fans is a lot. Likely overkill.

Get some "Wye" connectors to branch off your Molex connector or consider purchasing a fan controller to run the fans off of. Out of curiosity what video card do you plan on using? You seem to be a little slim on the power as it is. If you go to a high end Video card like a 6800 which needs 2 seperate molexes to run properly you may be running into some problems.

No its not a beast, 9600 powercolor.
Maybe Its time to go 2 psus, but then I will have to wait so long to make my build, 2nd psu and 2 raptors and raid.
Maybe I could run some of the case fans off of the mobo (these are not powerful fans, just basic fans) and then have 5-4 on my homemade conroller.
Also another problem is that I want to be able to controll my cpu fan so I need another molex just for that.

You don't need a second PSU just for fans, especially if they aren't that power hungry. A fanbus will do it, as will several Y connectors. I myself have a homemade 4' molex extension/splitter that has powered 4 hard drives at once off my old 420w CWT

Nice, from what oklahoma wolf said I have a plan.
I will split one of the cd drives power, and use the extra for my homebrew splitter. My other remaining line will be for the cpu fan (which will be controlled by another homebrew rhobus. The 2 exaust fans will be on the mobo, is this okay? They will just be normal led case fans 32 cfm at 25 db.

Sounds like a plan. My own homemade one involved all that was worth salvaging from my old Deer PSU... I cut off all the molexes, soldered two strings together, added a connector to the end, and had me a nice long extension cable so I could repair my Pioneer DVD-114 without having to work on it too near the case.
