6800GT powering a widescreen monitor?

Will an overclocked (to Ultra levels, or as high as it will go) 6800GT be able to give decent frame rates in HL2 at 1680x1050 with all the options turned up?

that depends on the definition of decent.... it should be able to handle it, but that is a funky resolution. most cards are rated to work up to 2048x1536. i know that my 6800U does fine at 1600x1200 in doom, but that's hardly a very fair comparison...

Yeah, it is more than capable of driving my 2005FPW at 1650x1080 with everything turned up with no problems, especially when overclocked a bit!
