$49 for a gig of PC3200, even though we hate TigerDirect, this is ideal for someone one a very tight budget who doesnt overclock..

First of all, this is complicated, it requires not one rebate but two rebates. One seems to be a Tigerdirect rebate and I wouldnt go for this deal, as Tigerdirect and rebates imho are not worth the risk. The other half of this rebate is from PNY.

Check out the rebate page. So one rebate is for Pny and one is for an Ultra brand stick. I wonder if Tiger tested for compatibility for dual channel. Hopefully their rebate department wasn't in charge of the testing.
