Why is my internet like wavy?

When i scroll up and down firefox and IE look wavy. Like it is slow. I scroll fast and it goes, stops with like a little wave, goes again. It is REALLY SLOWLY scrolling but also looks wavy. My pc was OC'ed i reset CMOS, i don't know what the problem is.

i had this happen on my laptop once after a fresh install of xp....

go to display properties --> settings tab --> advanced button --> troubleshooting tab (if you have nvidia) and change the hardware acceleration....

that worked for me......so its worth a shot....

Thanks. That was very strange. This is the second time this happend but different card. Thanks again, it was annoying me greatly.

There is also the "Smooth Scrolling" option in Firefox, but I don't think it would have helped here.
