Possible CPU problem??

Ok in my mission to try and OC my CBBID 3000 i can't get crap for an OC. No matter the volts i cant get my entire system stable over 220fsb. My memory use to be able to handle 250fsb 2-2-2-8 @ 3.3v memtest/prime 95 stable for hours on my socket 754 system. Now with this system i can't get my ram stable over 230fsb w/o errors no matter the voltage or timings. I even used all the LOOSES timings and still i get errors. Always on test 7 too.... never tests 1-6 and 8.

Do you think this could be caused from the CPU? I know the CBBID has a crappy memory controller, but is it really THIS bad? If you guys think it's my cpu i am going to get a venice this week and ebay this cbbid.

BTW i am water cooled. Temps are 30c idle, 34/35 prime load. Have a 80mm fan blowing over my ram, and is extreamly cool to the touch (meaning i don't even feel heat when holding it with my fingers).
