CAS latency tweaker software

I remember a couple of years ago, I downloaded a program that would let me change the CAS latency on the fly.

Problem is I can't remember what its called and where to find it? (ive had a good look for it).

Can anyone help me here, I need the tweaker once again.

Sorry, don't have a link. But do a search for Tw865, that should work.

Sorry dude, looking for an old skool tweaker, not for my board.

It's for a HP machine with an intel 810e chipset im tweaking for a friend.
So far I have been able to change the celeron 1.3ghz / 100 fsb to 112, gives a total of 1.45ghz and 37mhz on the PCI, respectable and safe.

The memory is unchangable in the bios (toaster box). I do remember there is a tweaker out there that will allow on the fly CAS changing, it worked with my old 440BX laptop, so im sure I be able to do the same with this 810e chipset.

Current locked settings 2335
Aiming for 2225
