can someone help me pleaseeeeee

hi i have been trying too overclock my pc for weeks now and have no success..i have a amd athlon64 3200 socket 939 cpu but i think it is because i hae this damn motheroard...the options in it are totally different...i wanna know if ayone here has the same motherboard and could maybe tel me what options too change in it and where too find it..

it is a asus A8V-E deluze wifi...not the sli model

Is it a CBBID? (Look on the cpu)
What cooling do you have?
What settings do you have set in BIOS?

how do i find out this info for you?? i have sandra 2005 and everest home edition that tells me stuff about my pc etc??
