Which is the best card?

I want to know what is the best graphic card here? (o/c very well & high performance)

I have to watch out my $$$ because I am still a student .

I know that the Geforce FXs dont perform verywell in DX9
Dont bother getting the 256mb 9550, as the 256mb wont do anything (having the extra memory barely does anything on a 9800pro)
