Nvidia drivers - Server 03?

Are there any Nvidia Forceware drivers that are WHQL and FM approved for Windows Server 2003 32 bit edition? They used to take my scores with the 66.93 drivers before they took them off their approval list. I reinstalled Windows today with the 71.89 drivers off of their approved list, and I don't remember any warnings about not being WHQL certified. When I ran 3D03 and submitted my score, it said the drivers were not WHQL and not FM approved. I know I had some trouble with this last time I had Windows installed.
Is there any way to get my drivers/scores approved?
I have some decent scores for my video card, I just can't get approval. I can't afford to buy a copy of Win2000 or Win XP.

Reviewed and Approved NVIDIA Drivers

We have inspected all offical NVIDIA WHQL drivers through April 15th, 2005. Listed below are the latest official drivers that have been approved for 3DMark03 3.6.0 usage:

GeForce6 Series:

Notes: The NVIDIA ForceWare 52.16 Drivers have been tested with the GeForce3 series, GeForce4 series and the GeForceFX series. The 52.16 drivers have 3DMark03 specific optimization for the Pixel Shader 2.0 test and that score is solely comparable between nvidia cards.

The NVIDIA Forceware 66.93, 71.84 and 71.89 Drivers have been tested with the GeForce6 Series. Though the drivers include "3DMark03.exe" detection, the drivers comply with Futuremark's Optimization Guidelines.

I couldn't get the 52.16s to install. It would go through the installation, and default to not reboot the computer. When you restart it, it either goes back to the Standard VGA driver or to the previous Nvidia drivers. It seems like I had needed a higher driver version to recognize my card, IIRC.

I had exactly the same problem, I'm pretty sure it's because FX5700LEs didn't exist when ForceWare 52.16 came out so they aren't supported.

Stupid FutureMark people, making it impossible for us to bench our FX5700LEs.

I left them a message on their forum to see if they will recognize their HUGE mistake.

Yeah, and hopefully they'll do something about approving Win2003 drivers. They don't approve any of those, nVidia or ATi.

How come they used to be fine with my scores? I ran the same os, the only thing was that for some reason it listed the os type as "Unknown" for some reason.

NetworkGuru, try this:
Extract the approved 52.16 drivers, but don't install them. Browse to the directory you extracted them to (probably c:\nvidia\Win2KXP\52.16), right click on the nv4_disp.inf file and choose Open. It should open in Notepad. Scroll down to the [NVIDIA.Mfg] section and look for the entries containing NV36 (the FX5700 gpu). Somewhere in the NV36 section, add this line:

Save the file and exit Notepad. Then run the setup.exe file in the directory (make sure you uninstall your old drivers first). That should get the 52.16 drivers to recognize your card.

Edit: You need to make one more change to the nv4_disp.inf file that was open before installing the drivers. Find the section called "; Localizable Strings"; it is near the bottom of the file. Add this line in with the rest of the NV36 group:

Well, it was worth a try. Did you do that last part that I added in with an edit? It doesn't look you did, but I doubt that would make a difference other than in the way it identifies the card.

Slightly ot, but I just started a bench at 548MHz on the core. Stock is 250MHz in 3D mode; and I'm still using stock cooling. Needless to say, there were artifacts, but it was running at 548. I think with a cpu hsf it should be fine over 550MHz on the core. For ram, I'm running 505MHz now (stock 400) but I think I can go higher with my new ramsinks.

You could probably pick up an old Socket 370 or Socket A hsf for less than $10 shipped. Then comes the tricky business of modding it onto your card.

I've got a few laying around, I just have to decide which one I need to coerce into fitting on the card. Or I may just go up to Micro Center and pick up a new one that has more fins or copper or something of the sort.
