Distorted Picture

This is on my computer at work. I have a Dell Latitude laptop that is running a monitor through a docking station. I have the monitor set to turn off after 1 hour. Whenever it comes back on, the screen is scrunched up to the left side. It isn't shifted, I can still see all of the images on the screen. The only way to fix it is a reboot. So, we replaced the monitor with a nice dell 2001FP. Same thing still happens. So do you think it is the docking station, or the vidcard in the lappy? Sorry the picture is crappy, but you get the idea.
