Where can I get a new SL7E5 / SL7KC

After looking though several threads it looks as if the SL7E5 or SL7KC are the best of the best 3.2e overclockers for 478 boards... If I missed any other spec numbers that are exceptional overclockers please add them in.
My question is how or where can I get these specific CPU's. Is it possible to do this online - NewEgg, ZipZoomFly, etc or do I have to comb all the local retail stores - Fry's - CompUSA, etc?

Why bother with a D0, just get a E0, they will overclock better on average.

OK... same question for SL7PN... but it looks as if it may run hotter according to the specsheet.

My SL7E5 D0 is a beast. I wouldn't count out D0's, but if i had a choice, i would get an E0. My D0 runs hotter than anything i've ever owned, and still overclocks past 4.2 for benchies.
