general OC settings

Hi all

I would like to get into OCing but I admit that with so many settings and stuff to consider I find it a bit too much (not enough time at the moment)
I have quite new HW and would like to see how much I could (safely) push it.
Can anyone provide (near) optimal settings for similar configurations? RAM, FSB, etc
My HW list is

P4 3.6 Ghz cooled with a Freezer 7
2x512 DDR2 Corsair XMS2
Asus P5AD2 E Premium
Sapphire X850XT Cooled with an ATI Silencer 5 Rev2
2x250 GB Hitachi Deskstar 7K250 RAID0

thanks a lot!

Go into the BIOS, select "user define" for CPU clock speed, and then start raising the FSB (frequency). Default is 200 MHz, so bumping it up to 211 should give you 3.8 gig. Check temps and test for stability. If all is well, try a little higher... repeat.
