how good is my choise?

PSU looks fine.
Case...well...not exactly one I would choose... 120mm fans are nice. single fan intake only is kinda iffy, especially since it will be blowing over hard disks, so the air will be warm before it enters the main section of the case.
Might be a nice case for modding though.
what else do you intend to put in there?
