Apple & Intel? I find this MOST disturbing


If true, this will be the end of the ever-famed Mac loyalty. I just don't see how it could happen, the PPC architecture is good, it just needs more $$$ pumped into R&D.

Rumour.

Apple is probably trying to put the squeeze on IBM and Motarola.

Or Apple wants Intel chips (arm, wireless, ethernet, ect).

Thats why they would make a move, the chip needs time and attention from IBM, and its obvious IBM has other things on its mind (Cell).
