Right, i am at a complete loss when it come to graphics card, therefore could you tell me which card is the better of the two listed below, cheers

NVIDIA GeForce3 Ti200

Sapphire ATI 8500LE Radeon

both card are 64mb i belive.

Cheers guys

The Nvidia card is 128Bit, and the ATI is 32Bit.

The Nvidia clock speeds are 175/400, and the ATI are 275/580 MHz clock speeds.

The ATI has better clock speeds, but I don't think even that would make up for the 128Bit>32Bit.

I would go with the Ti200, if that was a regual non LE 8500, then go with it, but its an LE.

The Ti200 will still play most of todays game, maybe not at high resolution, but great for a kids computer.

I had the 8500LE and now I have the geforce4 Ti4200. I think the 8500LE is FASTER than the Ti200. Check this link here. The 8500LE is faster than a Geforce3 Ti500, which I believe is faster than a Ti200.

I think a used GF4 Ti4200 (for about $30 on ebay now) is a steal.
