Services and win2k

I was messing around with my services, trying to get something to work (ID remember what at this point). These are some screenshots of which services are starting, running etc. My computer cannot be connected to via my lan (a crossover cable), it also won't automatically enter the password at boot like it used to. The only settings that I had changed were these services.
