Good Cooling PSU

Yeah, i'm using an MGE 500 watt PSU and it has an all metal outside (like shiney metal). The thing is extremely hot running and it seems like the fans don't even push enough air in (half the air is pushed back out) is this normal for PSU's or should i look for a new one? and if so, any advice on wich one?

its normal, as psu's can take a lot of heat, so they slow down their fans so they arent as loud

So it's fine that the heat is going right back in the case?... well, if you say so XD
