Epox EP-9NDA3+ or Gigabyte K8NS Ultra for 64 3500+ Clawhammer?

I just recieved my Athlon 64 3500+ Clawhammer today along with a Gigabyte K8NS Ultra. But monday I will also recieve an Epox EP-9NDA3+ motherboard. Which one should I use? I have to send one back to newegg.

Please help

I would keep the Epox. It's a first rate overclocker and a good stable board. P am sorry I didn't get one instead of this msi junk.
