Ti500's jumpers???

I read somewhere that the new Titanium cards was goin to have jumpers on it to boost power to the card (or something like that). Now I see that the Ti500 does have jumpers on it but do they do anything or was this just a rumor???

you sure that just arn't connctors for a decoder card or tv ad in
