PSU Question or Is it time for new PSU

I have a Antec True Blue 480, question am I getting enough power for my system, here are my reading before boot up.

12v 11.61v
+3.3 3.10v
+5.0 4.88v
+5.0vsb 4.99
Battery 3.12

all are on the low side (especially the 3.3v) but measure with a digital multimeter first.
