thats a BIG difference in air movement.

Higher cfm the better correct? Who's lying. They are same size and same price.

they might be different fans completely. and yes, higher cfm is better.

From experience I can say that the first one is telling the truth. The second one has got to be a typing error

You mean the bigger one- its also turning more RPM's

I bought similar fans from Nexfan.com that advertise 46 CFM. I have no way or will to find a way to measure this to see if it's accurate, but I've bought like 12 of them for different systems and they do move a good deal of air and are pretty silent.
