2.53 Northwood... weird temps

Ok, for some reason with very very adequate ventillation and pretty decent ambients... My cpu runs at 46c idle and 47 fully loaded with either pc mark or prime 95. I don't understand how it can only change a degree C from nothing to 100%. Is this normal and I am crazy? Oh, I do have a soyo 845 ite mobo... sucks i know, haha.

I have a Soyo to...The temp is get from the Soyo hardware monitor is always 45c idle and 46c a full load. Other software monitoring software gives me lower temps...
