What is this file that's in my systemWin386.swp ????

Where is it ?and did you right click it and look at the properties?

the file is a virtual memory file that windows use.

That is your swap file also know as virtual memory.

yep, it's a swap file! More importantly- don't erase it or move it or anything; Windows will have a heart attack!
