For laptop users (specially Pentium M)

After following the guide found in the front page about the power saving. I was able to shave some time out of my crunching. This was done after seeing that SpeedStep was constantly changing the multipier of my chip. I monitered the before and after on my Banias 1.5 GHz chip and saw that the multipier was changing from 15X to 8X. Afterward the multiplier has been constantly 15X.
