PSU won't power off

When I turn off my computer, the fans in my case, including the CPU fan and the one in the PSU continue to spin, The only way to stop them is to unpug the computer from the wall. Help!
 
try turning it off, go do something for 10 minutes then come back... it could verywell be something in your bios, are your fans all pluged into your mobo?
