7800GTX: what CPU?

If I were to buy the 7800GTX and a new AMD CPU, which CPU would make sense? Would a 3200 be a bottleneck and therefore render the purchase of the 7800GTX pointless?

not sure.. but i know a 4800+ wouldnt be a bottleneck

I think it would yes, get a 3500 at least, Unless you OC it. imo..

Agreed, If you are going to OC you might as well get a 3000+, 3200+ since they all seem to be OCing at the same speeds.

put it this way... an FX57 2.8ghz is a bottleneck to the 7800GTX

guess you gotta buy fx57 & oc it to 3.6ghz (phasechange ofcourse)

Hmmmmmm I'm getting confused
On one hand I'm reading that an O/Ced 3200 would eb fine, on the other that any CPU will be a bottleneck. Which one is it? Need your vote!

If its going to be a 7800GTX SLi...I might say that an OC'd 3200 would be a bottleneck, but I think a single GTX would be fine.
