Diff temp readings

I have a Soyo KT600 MB that came with Soyo Hardware monitoring software. When I run that my temps are 40-45 C. Even during gaming.

I dl'd MBM5 and my temps are significantly higher, when I start a game the temps skyrocket to 70c.

Is there a way I can tell wich one is accurate. I assume the Soyo software, @ 70c I think Id be seeing some overheating effects.

Check the temps in the BIOS, these are more accurate. After that i would assume that the software that came with the motherboard would be more accurate than MBM5.
