I thought it was America
I have a SOYO SY-P4RC350 (I bought from Newegg as a quick fix for $50 for a friend) The problem I'm having is that every time I reboot the thing it needs to redetect the HDD and it takes about 30 seconds to do that. Once it gets to deceting the CD Rom it blasts right through that then it takes another 30 seconds to load Windows. Once in Windows everything works great. If anyone has any idea how to fix this any help would be great.

Go into your bios and take it off of Auto Settings and set to User. You might need to write down the settings from "Auto" to insert into the User settings but then there will be no more auto-detect.
You also would do well to set the secondaries (if there are no drives connected to them) to None.
