hey i was planning on gettting an LCD aroudn 200 dollars. i picked the samsung 710N. is this a good lcd monitor? all opinion are welcome and recommendations

It is a very well-rated monitor. Most brand-name LCD monitors are good anyway. The lack of a DVI input is somewhat of a drawback, though. You may have to get a DVI to VGA adapter.

Very good monitor, know 2 people using it. Its very fast in games but could be a little bit better colorwise. Overall a nice buy for 200.

I had one and was very happy with it. Played games no problem. I got a 20" widescreen now, so I passed the 710N to my lovely bride. She loves it.
