Looking for some programs.

I will have a 6" TFT LCD on the front of my case soon and was wondering if anyone had any links to stuff I might be able to display on it. Programs like a pc stats screen that showed current temps for all devices or FPS in game or maybe a program that just tells me i have new mail or that a friend has come online in aim or whatever.

I just mainly want to know whats out there.
