This is for my friend who will be gaming but not OCing:

NZXT Nemesis Case
XFX 6800GT AGP
Antec NeoPower 480W PSU
2x512 GSkills
Maxtor 120GB 7200RPM ATA HD
Zalman CNPS7700-CU HSF
My old 3500 939 NC
Generic DVD+CDRW drive
IBM Monitor (employee discounts)

What do you guys think? Am I missing anything?

I'd suggest a smaller SATA drive instead of that big IDE drive....120GB is ALOT, but either way, I'd suggest going SATA instead of IDE (ATA)

Yes PCi-E is preferable, also you may want to check out the zalman 7700 Alcu, it's cheaper, lighter, and just fine for running stock quietly. Also, you may want to consider a different psu than the antec, there are better PSUs for the price aka, fortron 500w (look at price grabber).
And i've got a question for you, now it doesn't matter much but, Serial ata, or parallel ata on that harddrive?

Edit: i just looked at pricegrabber, use www.pricewatch.com instead
