I've heard bad things about Ultra lately. I would stay away from anything that isn't Fortron/Sparkle, Antec, PCP&C, OCZ, Enermax, or Seasonic.

I only had PC P&C PSUs for every system but it just a waste when using it for low-end system so I'm searching for cheap but good PSU for my low-end system

Get a lower-wattage Fortron then. A 400w Fortron most likely blows a 600w generic out of the water.

hey, why does no-one like the aspire psu's, ive had absolutely no problems with mine but everyone says its mostly for looks, mine is amazing, ive had enermax, x-connect (good version), pcp&c, generic, ocz, and id have to say (most of those were crap tho) that the aspire is the best of the bunch, out performed my ocz and the pcp&c ten fold

have you looked at pc p&c specials ? they have some refurbished turbocool 300 and 350's for $39.for a low end system probably be perfect.
