I jsut was wondering, Is it better to use the graphical client or the other one? does teh other one fold faster?

AFAIK, yes it is faster. I like the one-click installation since it is so easy to install and all you really have to do is change your username. Then you can monitor it with EM3.

Both clients use the same cores and fold at the same speed as long as you don't display the graphical presentation of the protien. Displaying the graphics robs some cpu cycles and slows down folding. The Graphical client has known issues with some open GL video drivers. IMHO the best way to fold is with the text console, installed as a service (Wedo's one click).
