I'm at a loss, where are the memory dividers?

Why am i not finding the memory dividers????

I pretty much read that entire thread, everyone seems to be using them, but they are not anywhere in my BIOS as far as i can see

The dividers are the very first item, "DRAM Frequency Set".

These are set in Mhz; 200 = 1/1, 180 = 9/10, 166 = 5/06,150 = 3/04, etc. You'll find that the four highest dividers (listed above) can be used with no impact on performance whatsoever.

There's also a link to a table in that section which might help you get a grip on how these work with a system. I understand how this can seem confusing at first, so take a look at the table, I know it helped me at first!
