Usb Card

Does anyone know the name and/or place where i can buy a USB expansion card with all of the ports or most of the ports on the card internally? I need one with at least 3 for a case mod I'm doing. Let me know here or even better would be email [email protected]. Thanks

I have this thing which attaches the USB plugs through pins and not the PCI card and i guess you could just not put it into an empty pci slot. I can't find it online but it came with my motherboard.

That would work if I wasnt intending on using my USB headers for my front USB ports.
