Removing old video drivers? Radeon 32 DDR

Is there some sort of utility that may help doing this? I downloaded some new drivers for my Radeon DDR but things didn't go as planned. Essentially when I get to the win splash screen, my screen goes black. Safe mode isn't an issue, I chenged my display drivers to standard VGA, still no luck. Went to add/remove programs tried to uninstall the drivers there, but I got an error message "Error Initializing" so it wouldn't let me uninstall it. Currently I am using and old Vid card just to get around. Any help would be appreciated.
