Mobo Help

I have some extra cash to build a new computer with. So far I've decided to buy:

AMD 64 bit 4000+ CPU
GeForce4 7800GTX Extreme Edition graphics card
Corsair 1gb TwinX-XL DDR RAM
Western Digital Caviar 200gb (IDE)

The rest I don't need to post, but they are all sorted out (I'll post full specs when I've got everything sorted).

Now comes my problem. I've been looking around for a decent motherboard to go with my system. I'm looking for the very BEST. Money is no limitation if the motherboard is worth it.

These are the mobos I've been looking at:

Gigabyte K8NXP-SLi nForce4 PCI-Express (Socket 939)
Asus A8N-SLi Premium nForce4 SLi (Socket 939) PCI-Express
Abit AN8 SLi Fatal1ty nForce4 SLi (Socket 939) PCI-Express

This PC will primarily be used for gaming. CPU I will overclock, and the BEST motherboard I can find I will also overclock as much as possible.

Of course, if you see anything else I could improve for around the same price, do tell.

Thanks in advance.

Right now what is considered to be the best board is the DFi Lanparty line of boards, there are three variations of the sli board so make sure the one you pick is the right one. The reason why this board is considered the best is because it has lots of overclocking adjustments.

But if you want to see how these boards do by someone who has actually used them, there is this article at anandtech with a round up of sli boards.
