This is kind of a pet peeve of mine, but I would try to get the CD-Rom / Floppy face panels to match the color of the case (or at least be close). You could even put a new paint job on *all* the bay faceplates so it looks more natural (ie with a color that compliments the body of the case well)

Those fans on the side pannel look kinda useless because of their location, and with the grills... Do you have a duct on the inside to vital locations?

I say those drive bays in the window are a little out of place.. How about cutting a design out (cardboard, acrylic, sheet metal...) to cover it up, and add more lighting/color.

Nothing really special... Mostly just to cover up the drive cage, so it does not look like a drive cage... Almost get it?

something like myah:

Probably get some real thin sheet Al at Home Depot that would work well, if not cardboard probably would be ok... Plastic is kind of akward to cut unless you have a nice rotary tool.

Yes, something with that idea. I am not quite sure how you understand it, but I would put the cover on the bays themselves and not the side panel, to create some feel of depth, and not have this crack (between the cover and the existing side panel) to worry about.

And I still think you gotta do something neat with the fans on the bottom. Be creative.

Fan guards, and ducting.

IF you were going for a 'bling bling car' look, you could probably design a fan guard resembling rims. If you could mount it, and make it spin (slowly) when the fans were on, it would be a one-off look.

As the ducting, I can't say exactly how it should be because I cannot get a clear glimpse of the internals. If anything, I'd make the left fan blow up to the video card, and the right fan over ram.

This is the way I see setting up the fans... The fan on the left is ducted to the video card HS, and goes out the back though PCI slots. The fan on the right is ducted to the the top of the video card, to cool the ram... Only useful if you actually overclock the video card, which does not look like the case, because of the lack of RAM sinks.
