P4P800 cant handle 5 HDD's?

hi... i have a very nagging problem, when i copy small files at high speeds the pc resets.. just like that.

i have 5 HDD
2 SATA 3 ATA

3x200 1x18 1x36

a p4 OC'd to 3Ghz and a 450W PSU... (all is in the sig)

why does the sukker crash only when copying small files puzzles me (is the power consumption higher at that time?) or is it the flow of info through the mobo.. maybe the southbridge cant handle the traffic

thanks

One expensive 520W PSU , it will save your problem .

But you can monitior the voltages with the SpeedFan software and see if you do have a problem .

The 12V & 3.3v is the most importand lines.

Another issue can be your Mems latency , try to lower it down .

i lowered my overclock to default and it worked fine.. so i guess that 1.6vcore and 6 HDD took out the juice of it...

what do you mean by expensive? i mean i tryed to buy a named one.. and i did
Levicom

and ho much can my voltages fluctuate.. i mean i have 11.98 - 12.03
and 3.29 - 3.3
