Can anyone help,

Should I have AGP Fast Write, enabled or Disabled?

Should I be using, 1T or 2T Memory Timings?

At the moment fast write is on and 2T Timmings are set.

Try and run 1t as it is a bit faster. Disable fast writes as it can cause instability. Good luck.

Yes nice setup. And I agree with rseven, AGP Fast Writes can cause system instability, esp. if you're ocing. I don't know if it matters what v/c brand you have, but I left my Fast Writes on and there's no problems so far.

With fastwrites disabled my AQ3 score dropped 3,000 points

Fastwrites should be disabled for all ati cards! It will give you no benefits and bring instability. For nvidia cards it can be of benefit but if you overclock you will have to play with it to see if it is a cause for instability.
