I'm going to have a file server storing music, movies, and apps(install files, not installed). Each drive will only be accessed occationaly, nothing heavy unless I'm listening to music or moving **** aorund. I'm thinking of Western Digital 7200rpm SATA or EIDE 8mb 250GB drives. What do you guys suggest?

I would suggest a Seagate 250GB. Seagate is one of the most reliable manufactueres (not that WD is bad) and it has a 5 yr. warranty.
