usb wifi adaptor drive probs

i got a dlink DWL 120d 11mbps wifi adaptor...got the right drivers from the site

installed it ok, went into device manager>update driver...but gave me a message "a service installation in this INF is invalid"

do you have the driver cd?

I've had problems with drivers I got from their sight also, but the ones on the cd always work
