I am looking for a budget power supply with low noise. Which one of these two will be better. The Enermax cost more and has a lower output (maybe louder, smaller fans).

3R System Dynamic RPS 400W --- Has 120mm single fan, cheap, looks good on website:

or

Enermax EG325P-VE SFMA 320W --- Maybe better build, could be louder than the 3R power supply above? The cost is 44% more, than above PS.

ive heard more about an enermax than that other brand, and actually ive never heard of that other brand....

remember, when you buy a PSU you get what you pay for. the thing that people usually look for are the AMPS on the 12+ (12volt rail) more the better. and also the efficiency of the PSU to deliver power under load and/or heat

I think I go with the Enermax. It appears in the above links that there is more amps on the Enermax than the 3R.
Weird, its only 320watt !
There is not going to be heavy load on it (prescott or simular devices). Should be ok.
