Everytime I try to connect to my router using it's IP Address(192.168.1.0), It gets refused. The router turns on and works fine, but won't route any of the connection. Any advice? I'm still a big newb with networking.

Also. It's a linksys router model befsr41

1) Make sure you are actually connected to the router
2) If you use WEP/Encryption, make sure the key is correct
3) Actually wait, i think Linksys use 192.168.1.1 dont they ?

Try the above. Its most likely just a simple connection issue.

yes personally I'd just hard reset the router

Linksys is
192.168.1.1 (I'm positive I have the exact same router)
no username
and the password is:admin or administrator I don't totally remember but it's one of those

Also check your cables and make sure the lights are on showing conectivity.

ip address 192.168.1.0 is not an individual address but means the entire network 191.168.1.x
