Ive got my computer running on these settings stable

240fsb
166mhz ram
4x HTT
10x Multi
1.55v CPU
2.7v RAM
ram timings = 2/2/3/5

what settings can i change to get to 2.5ghz or 2.6ghz maybe?

If temps are not the problem try 1.6Vcore, if it doesnt work then you just hit the wall with your winnie.

2.4Ghz is not too shabby on stock cooling IMHO.

on stock cooler, 1.6v its running at 32*C idle

Current settings

245fsb
166mhz ram
2.7v ram
1.6v cpu
HTT = 3x
ram timings = 2-3-3-5 1T

What is the best thing to change to get to 2.5ghz?

Have you tried giving the RAM some more juice - 2.7 leaves plenty upside.

As for temps

Idle - 37*C

Load - 42 - 45*C
