they thought that several people from the original cell might still be at large. The BBC news report 5 mins ago said that it seems that there were no big explosions, and on the bus that has been hit they think maybe the detonator went off but not the bomb. They also said they thought that casualties were low, maybe a few people with minor injuries (but sadly they said similar things in the first few minutes after the last one when they thought it was a series of electrical explosions).
